Biography

The 1984 born Chris Hope discovered his love for electronic music and djing with the age of 16. Even one year later he had his first gigs in local clubs in Thuringia and the next years he really worked hard to have a well known name in Thuringia and Bavaria. Since 2004 with the help of a strong booking agency in Franfkurt/Main he played in several important clubs in Germany und Europe. Chris Hope loves to play with Traktor DJ Studio, Faderfox MidiControlers and Allan&Heath Xone92. He always needs the Alesis to make a perfect and varied set for himself and the people. His individual style is fascinating for everybody who loves progressive and tribal Techno. His kind and open minded nature switches very easy to the crowd. To set free his creative ideas Chris also puts his energy into producing. There Chris can contribute all his fantasies and ideas into action and make technical experiments with them. When Chris is not producing in his own studio he is producing very successful with Andre Walter (Stigmata). DJing and producing complement one another and broaden his minds! In 2004 the readers of the German techno magazine Groove voted Chris Hope as No. 3 of the Newcomer. Since May 2005 the first release with Andre Walter is out in stores - Audio Assualt 12 – Reanimate E.P. In November 2005 Chris Hopes and Andre Walters Remix of “Freeware” was released on Metropolis Musique 01. In May 2006 the track Inform was released on ARMS010 and in September 2006 the track “Nasty Lifestyle” will be released on the same named EP on Primal Confusion.
